All Bikes
Go to the Burgershot in Alderney (north) and drive down the road.
Heading south there is a shop, simply smash the window and choose your bike.
PS the shopkeepers chase you when Niko starts it up so be fast!

Armor
Dial 482-555-0100 On Your Cell Phone.
Note: this will disable certain achievements.

Fixing Broken Down Car
When your car is broken down (can’t start it), use your cell phone and call someone then hang up and your car will drive again.

Easy 6 Star for 5 Minutes Achievement
Drive up the steps on to the overhead train lines and drive to the third island.
If you haven’t unlocked it yet you’ll get a 6 star wanted level.
Then wait in a covered tunnel for 5 minutes – police and helicopters can’t get you easy!
This only works if you haven’t unlocked the third island, but nothing’s stopping you driving up there if you have unlocked it, as it’s a good place to hide.

Free Run on Happiness Island
Use the Annihilator helicopter and take it to Happiness Island.
When you are landed hide in one of the paper stands and use the rocket launcher to kill destroy all the other Annihilators.
Kill all of the ground police and then you will lose your 6 star rating and be able to walk freely around Happiness Island.

Free Taxi Trips
When you enter a cab, select your destination.
Then don’t press ’skip’, but you may press ‘hurry’.
Just before you reach your destination hold LB to fire out the window.
This will freak the cab driver out and he will leave the cab without charging you any cash.
Note: don’t try this cheat on one of Roman’s cab’s, whatever you do they still won’t charge you.

Fun in the Hospital
When you have got a number of police onto you, get a car and you will be able to drive it into the doorway of the hospital by fitting through the gap.
It will block the way into the hospital.
That way you can do anything you like inside the hospital without the police being able to enter.

Money at the Strip Club
Go to the strip club and hold the whole place under hostage. Park a bike at the only exit/entrance and just kill everyone in it and collect their money. After you kill a few people the police will be there and FAST!
If you park your bike in the entrance they can’t get in, but it’s hard for you to get out. But you can just blow it up, then kill the police and get rid of your wanted level. You’ll have about 5,000 more dollars.

Dog Tags
For those of you that don’t know how to get dog tags, you get them off enemies (online).
You run up to a clueless victim then knife him, he will fall to the ground and a dog tag will appear on your screen.
You will get extra points in that game.
Depending on how many tags you collect you will unlock 2 achievements.

Drill of Destruction
This works in both single player and multi-player….

What you do is this, take out your battery powered drill if you have one on you (the drill is normally used to fix vehicles) but the drill can also destroy them.
The only time you can destroy a vehicle is when an enemy is inside it, for instance sneak up to an enemy vehicle start drilling or jump onto it and start drilling, the vehicles health will rapidly decrease and then explode.

While trying this in single player be careful and make sure that the enemy cannot shoot you while you are on the vehicle because if you stand next to an enemy vehicle it will try shoot at you (the heavy and medium tanks will try shoot you only with the machine gun on top).
Sometimes they will start to drive away to get a better shot at you so you should just stick to jumping on the vehicle and drilling it.

But in multi-player the enemy will just jump out of the vehicle and try kill you or just back up and ride over you.

The drill can also destroy walls, fences, poles (wood and metal ones), trees, concrete barriers, so no need for a grenade launcher!

Easy Multiplayer Points
On Oasis and multiplater, while you’re Attackers team, select support kit,and get in the Humvee.
Try to flip the car down the roof, you can repair how long you want.
You’ll get special points for fixing the car.
You can do this how long you want to, with tank or any vehicle or boat too.

Faster Reload
While you are reloading move forward and click the sprint button while moving, so your gun moves away, then let it go and you will have reloaded quicker.

Foxhole Tip
Get 2 C4 packs and put them on on the ground.
Then blow em up and you’ve got a foxhole!

Arena After Hours / Pig Pen / Secret Room
Note: Please save your game and read through the entire process before attempting this cheat.

I found this cheat out when i was just messing around in the arena lobby, here’s what you do.
First go into the arena and then once you go through the archway into the lobby part then turn left toward the wall you will notice that if you hit the wall at the right angle (standing between the bench and the archway you came in from) that you will be able to see through the wall.
Now look to your left at the archway if any of you play Halo and are good at it you will see that there might be a way to get ontop of the archway. You need to have about normal athletics to do this but it may take a couple tries.
Once you’ve turned left and are facing it take a bit of a running jump at it and just keep pressing Y, you will then be above the door with your head through the roof. Now that you are here you can either jump into the blackness beside you and watch the level fall away (note:you respawn near where you fell from – remember that for later) or another option is to jump onto where the wall would be where the people who set your matches up.
Walk along the wall and into the room with the restoration well there will be an invisible wall stopping you from dropping down but you remember what i said before about your respawn near where you fell so simply walk over to the edge of the wall that leads up to the arena and jump off.
Now you are in the locked room and can go through the door to the arena. Insted of going into the room with the well in it you can go over to the pig pen and drop off the map near it and you will be in there. But you can’t get out once you’re in so its good for kicks but save before.
Now asuming you chose to go to the arena you will walk up and notice there is a gate there like always before the matches, well you can get past this gate even when you’re doing a match. You can get past it before it goes down and be waiting for your enemy – what you do is turn right and try to jump on the archway just like before, you will fall but make sure when your falling to make your character move in the air toward the center of the ring and you will respawn in the center of the rin. But if you’re not doing this in a match you can’t get out so save before.

PS: The secret room is behind the girl who sets up your matches next to the stairs. So just jump over and you will be behind here in a room.

Blade, Blunt, Marksman, Destruction, and Hand to Hand Training
Go to Periyte’s shrine, the one with the circle of “unconscious” people, and use a weapon to hit them and get them all by the rocks.
Then have a lot of cheap weapons (for whatever skill you want to get up) and some repair hammers. Get near one of the people and start hacking/slashing/blasting/punching/shooting away.
you can change the channel and watch something else. Check back every once in a while and repair your weapons or whatever.
After your skills go up fast travel/ride to an inn/house (there is an inn along the river to the west of the shrine) and sleep and level up (sometimes you can gain like 3 levels, to check either sleep again after you level up or just look for the level up symbol to the right of your compass while playing).
This is a great way to gain levels because the people will never die and you can’t get in trouble.
Warning: if you do the actual quest for the shrine the people will be alive and will die if you attack them!

Champion of Cyrodiil in Five Minutes
Find about 20 – 25 paintbrushes, and if you don’t have a very high acrobatics, get a potion/spell to fortify acrobatics.

Head to the Imperial City Temple District. Make a paintbrush stairway up to the roof of the Temple of the One and jump through it. You will land inside the temple but the interior will not be loaded and therefore it will be hollow and you can see through the building. Walk up to the part of the temple where the big double door entrance is, and turn around. There will be part of a wooden door sticking out of the ground that says it leads to the Temple of the One, open it.

It will take you inside the Temple of the One, but it will be at the last battle at the end of the main questline. Go outside. Fight the creatures from Oblivion until you get the journal entry that says that it’s too late to light the dragonfires and that you need to talk to Martin, unfortunately, Martin is still at Kvatch (or wherever you saw him last),but he is on his way. Go back in the temple and wait for about 10 – 14 hours. After you’ve waited, Martin will be in the temple with you and say he needs you to take him into the temple, once he says that just walk up to the spot next to the wall your compass shows and wait a few seconds. Martin will say his last few words to you, and then he goes off to fight Merhunes Dagon followed by a cutscene.

Talk to the High Chancellor when the cutscene is finished, and he’ll eventually say you will be getting your Imperial Dragon Armour in two weeks, you can wait for two weeks straight or you can do some other quests while you’re waiting. Doesn’t really matter what you do to kill time over these two long weeks.

Note: If you are planning on completing the whole main questline, DO NOT use this glitch!!! Martin will be gone forever and the Champion of Cyrodiil in Fiveefore you cannot talk to him anymore.

Bruma Map Glitch
Enter Bruma and you will find that around the city there are huge walls. On the huge walls there are ledges. In every other city these ledges are too high to reach. However in Bruma if you go round to the rear end of the church you will see that there are a few houses that if you have a high level of acrobatics, you will be able to jump onto the ledge.
Once you are on the ledge run around the ledge towards the gates on your left. These are the main gates out of Bruma. Now try and jump onto the high part of the gate and if you jump over them you are able to keep on walking even though the Xbox 360 has not loaded it.
This means two things: the graphics will be terrible which means that you can not even really see where you are walking. Also this means that on the map there is a black line showing you the end to the whole of Tamriel.
You are now able to go over that line into other entire contries, you can enter morrowind. However you must note even the designers set a limit which is impossible to get over.
If you travel so far that there is basically no further you can go then suddenly there is an error and you fall half a mile to your death.
It is advised that you save before attempting this cheat because you can not quickly return to normal graphics unless you want to travel all the way to Bruma.

Easy Conjuration – Spellmake Required
Just go to an altar of spellmaking, such as the one in the Arch mages quarters when you’ve completed recommendations.
Make a spell such as bound Helmet or Summon skeleton and set the Duration for 1 second.
You should never run out of magika and your skill will rise VERY fast.
NOTE: You must buy a bound or summon skill and be able to use it in order to make it. Just buy a turn undead spell and get your skill to 25. After this, summon away!

Easy Speechcraft
Just go to any random person and persuade them.
When the mini game pops up just hit down and A and up and A and left to right over and over again and you can very easily get your skill up.

Fast leveling in Destruction, Hand to Hand, Blade, Blunt
Note: This will not work if you have completed the quest “Whom Gods Annoy”.
In Leyawiin go to Rosentia’s house. There you will find four everscamps.
They are very weak and will never run out, so you can continue to kill them with one hit with anything as long as you are fairly strong, but if you’re not, they can fight back which can also improve your skills.
Killing the everscamps is not breaking the law as long as you don’t accidently hit Rosentia. As long as you did not complete the quest “Whom Gods Annoy”, you will always be able to do this.

Getting Up Mountains
This is not so much a cheat as a small glitch I think.
If you are riding a horse, you can walk up any mountain, no matter how steep, if you work at it a little.
Just work your horse back and forth across the slope you’re trying to climb and you’ll ascend little by little.
I rode Shadowmere (any horse will do though) all the way up to Dive Rock from the south and came up pretty much right on the campsite.

Good Shielding or Invincibility
You Must Reach level 15 or 20 and go into an Oblivion Gate and Reach the Sigil Stone, it should be medium powered stones.
To get the right enchanted Sigil stone, save it before you grab it.
So your aim is to get (shield 25%, reverse attack 25%, fire, water, elemental spell reverse or whatever, aim for reversal stones.
Then do the duplicate cheat on the Sigil stone (this will slow the game down for about a minute if you do not collect all the stones rolling away.
They will go invisible after a while, so probably do it in a room (less furniture the better).
Then enchant 4 items you can equip with clothing, e.g. rings armour etc.
4 x 25% voila! 100% or more shielding, do this with any of the elementals

Onto Buildings in Overgrown
When you are in overgrown near the covered bridge, head to the side of the barn with 3 boxes outside.
Now climb onto the top one and aim down to a lower part of the fence and jump for it (tricky the first couple of times).
Once you are on the fence walk towards the bridge, jump onto it, and you can get onto other buildings from there by going on the other walls.

Pipeline Pipe Cheat
Go into the underground entrance via the train yard. Then when you see the pipes covered with wire, jump and crouch.
Then look at the opposite wall and lie down. Then shuffle back and you’re in the pipes!

Sniper’s Best Friend Glitch
You don’t even have to be on Live just go into multiplayer and turn on classic mode.
Then go to the map crossfire.
When you spawn you should load up (this makes it more fun once you get to the end).
Pause the game and look at the map, as you can see it’s just a big Z.

Easy Online Achievements
This is for the cage match if you have a willing partner.
One person starts searching for cage match and then quickly invite your friend, he will jump in the room.
You can then get all your head shots a lot quicker as well as prone shots, claymore… whatever you want.
It may take a few times for you to get in the same room because you have to be very quick, but it works.
Go to the fartherest point at the bottom of the sideways Z.
You should see a building that you can not go behind. It’s mostly blown to pieces lol.
Go up the stairs at the back and go up them. You should see a chair up against the wall on the right side of the 2nd floor.
Jump onto the back of the chair, then jump onto the bricks above the chair.
Then back up a bit, point your weapon up, then jump for the third floor (this could take a long time it took me 13 tries no lie).
Once you’re up there get on top of the block of concrete leaning on the wall.
Then jump for the top floor (this should be easier than the first jump), then look out at the street.
Look to your left then you should see a green sign at the corner of a building, jump off the top floor toward it.
You will float in mid air, walk while your touching the sign until you can look down and see the barbed wire.y
You should have some grenades for suicide if you make a mistake. Walk across the gap to the other building, but make sure you stay above the barbed wire or you will fall and die.
Then you should see another gap, walk or sprint across it (I like to look at the building from behind it).
Then you are in a great sniping spot, but you can go farther… go to where you can see the roads behind the building where you see the roof of the building next to you.
Walk forward and it won’t let you fall off. Be in the corner where you can’t fall off and where the other building is next to you. Jump but not too far.
You should be kind of on top of the roof, jump again onto the roof, go to the other side where you see the water tower and the antenna’s.
Sprint and jump to them.
Once again you’ll float in mid air, go to the edge and look down onto the fence line where you can see the sniper rifle.
Jump down onto the fence line, you’ll float ontop at about the level of the power lines.
Walk above the fence and go until you get to the turn, go around the turn until you get where you see a white gate.
Go above it untill you’re level with a building, jump up to it and it has one more level.
Make it to where the top level is next to you, jump to the side until you’re ontop.
You can float ontop of most of the building, even the blown up parts.

Money, Infinite Sprint, Infinite Ammo
These cheats will cause your achievements to become unavailable if saved while using these cheats. DO NOT save your game while using these cheats. Once game is restarted the cheats reset. Now to get the Money, Infinite Sprint and Infinite ammo just dial the following using your phone

A Tapping (online)
Instead of just holding RT when shoooting with an AK, tap A and RT at the same time. Your shooting will become more accurate and take off a lot more health. Crouching also helps this work better.

Avoid Getting Slapped
When the pimp is chasing you crouch down and walk into a corner.
Keep walking into the corner and when the pimp attempts to slap you he wont be able. This has a 50% success rate but when it works it makes you look good!
Just make sure you keep walking back into a corner and shoot at the same time, it helps!
This cheat can be used in most corners so experiment and see!

Fer de Lance – Best Car in the Game
To get the Fer de Lance all you have to do is start the game and select your in-game cell phone from the menu. Then type in the following: #3373352623 in the cell phone. (#FERDELANCE)

Get Rid of Cops and Gangs
Go to your phone and dial in #nocops to get rid of all the cops chasing you.
Dial #nogangs to get rid of any gang members.

Lots of Money Without Cheats
This cheat is very easy and you will have a lot of fun doing it.
First go driving around Chinatown and find an armored car.
If you already have one great, once you have the car go into any one of your safe houses and store the car, then save the game.
Second got to Friendly Fire and buy a load of pipe bombs.
After that go to your safe house, take the car out into the nearest street and unleash your pipe bombs on the car.
When it blows up there should be about $2,500-$6,000 – pick them all up then go back to your safe house and buy the car out again for $500.
Repeat the steps until you have enough money to last you.

Miscellaneous Phone Numbers
Do not save your game while using these cheat or it will disable your achievements.

Pimp Cane Shotgun
Go to your phone and dial #pimpcane to get pimp cane shotgun.
Warning: this cheat will disable your achievements.

Pipe Bomb Glitch (Online)
When you are about to throw a pipe bomb, crouch just before you release and thne move your left analog stick to the bottom.
A pipe bomb should fire in the direction you are aiming and it will still say you have the same amount of bombs you started with.
It doesn’t happen all the time but it is a great way to hold off the pimp.
Note: you need to turn crouch toggle off too.

Repair Vehicle
Go to your phone and dial #778 and it will repair the car that you are in.

Second Police Car
Go to your phone and type #interest and an under cover police car will be in your garage.

Secret Money in Los Carnales Mansion
When you get the Los Carnales mansion as a crib there is a door next to the saving point that you can’t open unless you use a bomb.
Use a grenade or pipe bomb and if you go to the left corner, close to the exit, and look at the teddy bear in the light – shoot the teddy bear and money will come out!

Carnales Hideout Mission
When you’re doing the first Carnales hideout mission, before you start knock down the fence next to the building and make sure you have an RPG with you.
Start the mission and instead of going throough the building, run to where you knocked down the fence and blow up the car.
If the explosion doesn’t kill the sergeant, you have to.
The mission ends after you kill him since he was your target.
This method beats the heck out of wasting ammo on the guys inside.

Easy Rampage Activity Completion
If there is nothing left to destroy in a rampage mission call 911 and wait for the ambulance to show up, then destroy the ambulance (easier done with an rpg as it will destroy it in one shot).
You can keep ringing 911 to spawn more and more and destroy them all.
Note: you must have destroyed the ambulance before you can spawn another

Marathon Achievement
To get the “walk 26.2 miles on foot” achievement faster, jump onto the hood of a car with a driver, and crouch.
The driver will freak out, so press Y when the driver is about to crash so you don’t fall off and get hurt.
Repeat this process until you get the achievement.

Police Car for Insurance Fraud
Just get a police car and ram it into uncoming traffic in the score zone and this will send you through the wind-sheild.
If you are fast enough this is the best way to clear all levels of insurance fraud.
Even if you ram a wall you will still get good money and when the car is damaged just use the repair car cheat.

Enter the following numbers/codes on your cell phone and the weapon will spawn. Saving your game after using these cheats will disable achievements!
