In this latest installment of the popular WWII shooter series you are back with Staff Sergeant Matt Baker and his squad as they take part in the ill-fated Operation Market Garden. If you are familiar with the BIA series then this will hold no surprises in the gameplay department, the squad-command system is still in place and remains much unchanged, you just pick a fire team and point them in the right place. Your men will automatically take cover and fire at enemies and if you want them to give surpressing fire just point at the enemy. Flanking is still a big part of the game and you won’t get far without using the tactics of a paratrooper – surpress and flank. Unfortunately the enemy AI is set up the same way and if you are not careful it’s your squad that will be surpressed whilst they flank you.

Released on September 29th or so Gearbox’s site says. We can live in hope, this game is now famous for its continuously extended release dates…

The sequel to the much acclaimed street gang action-adventure video game by Volition Inc and published by THQ, promises to continue where we left off in the last game and offers more customization options, a totally new and much larger city of Stilwater, sandbox tools, new vehicles and both online co-op and competitive multiplayer modes.
